Nayer Zia is our primary care provider and proud parent of two young children. Nayer is well experienced and has a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and is a qualified ECE with an Infant/Toddler Certification from BC Registry. An experienced and knowledgeable Kindergarten and Early Childhood Teacher with BA in Early Childhood Studies, a Higher Diploma in Childcare and Education and over 15 years of working experience in Hong Kong and Canada. Adept at successfully managing large classrooms for young children. A patient educator who collaborates successfully with children, parents and staff. Committed to encouraging children towards empathy by teaching them to share and be attuned to one another’s feelings.
Param Sran is a dedicated Early Childhood Educator and a proud parent of two young children. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the University of Hong Kong and is a certified Early Childhood Educator registered with the BC ECE Registry. With over five years of experience teaching in elementary schools in Hong Kong, Param brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of early childhood development.
He is skilled at managing classrooms with young learners and creates nurturing, inclusive environments where children feel safe, valued, and engaged. Known for his patient and empathetic approach, Param works collaboratively with children, families, and fellow educators. He is passionate about fostering empathy, cooperation, and emotional awareness in children, helping them learn to share and connect meaningfully with others.
